In criminal law, a person can be sentenced when the actions are considered to violate the law meets two (2) elements of mens rea (intention) and actus reus (the act expressly) that the law of MENS REA translated sentences DELIBERATELY and elements actus reus translated sentences act done, for example sentences Destroy Lives of Others, as stated in article 338 of the Criminal Code, as well as in other laws.
